We provide a six-month warranty on digital cameras, camcorders, and professional cameras, including flashes, and a three-month warranty on 35mm cameras and lenses.

Sensor Cleaning
If you start to notice foreign, dark, fuzzy specks or spots on your images or photographs, you may need to have your sensor cleaned.
At Pixels Plus, our professional staff provide a cleaning service for your DSLR image sensor. We offer a free evaluation and will always try to use a non-invasive cleaning method at no charge. However, if the dust is stubborn and requires more intensive cleaning, you may have to leave your camera with us for a few days. Below, please find our prices for this service:

- Mirrorless Full Frame Sensors – $85.00
- DSLR Cropped Sensor - $80
- DSLR Full Frame Sensor - $100
- Professional High-end Video production Cameras and Pro-DSLRS - $150.00
Please Note:
*If the sensor is filthy, showing signs of being cleaned unprofessionally or has any sticky residue, it will impact the repair price.
*A fully charged battery is required for all DSLR cameras provided for sensor cleaning. Otherwise, there will be a $5 charge for a Battery charging service. It is not needed for most Mirrorless cameras.

Procedure for sending equipment for repairs:
(Only if you are not able to visit our shop - due to distance, outside the Sydney metro or interstate)
- Fill out a REPAIR FORM, and keep a duplicate copy for yourself.
- If you have any queries, please phone us before mailing anything.
- Pack the equipment in a sturdy box with at least 5cm padding. Include the repair form in the box.
- Only send the faulty equipment. Would you please not send unnecessary accessories?
- Send by registered post.
- Once we receive the faulty equipment, we will contact you with a repair quote and a timeframe for completion.
- If you decline the quote, we will return the equipment to you at $30.00 for handling and freight.
- We may ask for Full payment before the commencement of certain repairs.
- Repair time is generally between 2 and 4 weeks, subject to parts availability.
- Pixels Plus reserves the right to re-quote if an unexpected fault is apparent during the repair.
